How long will my order take ?
Each and every one of our products are handmade to order. We strive to have our products out within 5-7 business days, however some products can take up to 10 business days. If you require your product within a certain timeframe, please let us know in the notes section at checkout.
What are your shipping costs?
We send all our packages via Australia Post. All packages will have tracking sent if email address has been added at checkout. We offer standard shipping for $9.95 & Express for $15.00 we also offer FREE shipping for all orders over $85.00
My Items have been shipped how long will they take?
Shipping times will vary pending where you may be located in Australia. During uncertain times such as seasonal rush and current pandemic we are not able to promise a set delivery time.
If I live locally, am I able to pick-up my order?
Yes! We have local pick-up options available. We are fortunate to offer two pick-up places which can be selected at checkout.
We offer pick-up from the following locations:
Capel WA
Bunbury WA
Standard waiting times will still apply and you will receive a notification once your order is ready for pick-up.
Help! I made an error on my order, how do I fix it?
Ooops! We have a description of your order and customisation that has been selected at checkout so please double or triple check the details are correct.
If for some reason you have missed something or made a spelling mistake please contact us ASAP via info@blueribbongifts.com.au or through our Facebook page www.facebook.com/blueribbongift.
Please note as our products are made-to-order once they have gone into production we will be unable to make changes for Personalisation error or if you have simply changes your mind.
My product is broken, can you replace it?
OH DEAR! If you have dropped your product or it has fallen off the wall or shelf, we unfortunately are not able to replace your product. If your product arrives and is broken during shipping, please take a photo and email us ASAP via info@blueribbongifts.com.au and we will discuss with you and appropriate option.
Are you able to create a custom order, if I am looking for something not in your shop?
Yes, we would love to create something custom for you. Please either contact us via our Contact Us page or send us an email to info@blueribbongifts.com.au with your idea or the details and we will get in touch to discuss it further with you.
